We offer an affiliate program where for each person you send to our website that purchases you get up to 8% commission on the purchase price. You get a unique affiliate linking code that tells us when you have sent us visitors and our affiliate tool tracks if those people purchase."How does it work?" 1. Sign-up for an Affiliate account. 2. We Generate html code to link to products on our webstore using our online Affiliate tools. 3. You copy and paste this code into your own website source. 4. If a person clicks on your website's link and makes an order of books totaling $100. 5. When a sale is made shopsite our affiliate program sends you an email advising the sale. 6. We pay you $8 - The minimum payment threshold is $100. Once you have reached affiliate earnings over $100 you will be paid by your nominated payment method. All sales generated from your account are first held for 30 days to allow for any cancellations or refunds by the customer. After this 30 day period, the amounts are released for payment to you. How will I be paid? For non-New Zealand based affiliates we pay using your PayPal account. For New Zealand affiliates we can pay by cheque, bank transfer or PayPal. What reporting metrics are available? When a customer comes to the store ShopSite will set a cookie to associate the customer with a particular shopping cart .When a customer selects tax, shipping, or payment method options, and then clicks on Checkout on the main shopping cart screen, these selections are stored in a cookie. This allows ShopSite to "remember" the customer's selections if they return to the store to place another order. How long will the tracking cookie last? The cookie will expire one year from the date it was created. If the customer's browser does not allow cookies, the "memory" feature will not be available. Can I use one affiliate account on multiple websites? Yes, you can use the same id in the links to record commission across multiple websites. However if you need to track performance between the different sites, you will need to create separate accounts.
