"I am very pleased that I came across Oamaru Pharmacy's online store. It is very handy, as l living in Chch the skincare items I use are getting harder and harder to find (due to chemists closing, or simply no longer stocking what I want). Now, I know Oamaru Pharmacy stocks what I require, I can just order it and it will come straight to me, without needing to find precious time to a) go searching for new stockists (just to find they are out of stock of what I want that day); and b) just finding a park and taking maybe an hour to do what should be a 5 minute job! I am impressed with the customer service they have provided. Great idea having those email updates with the status of the order. Your website is in My Favourites and will definitely be used again!!" "I've got to say I was pretty blown by the customer service. After placing an order I got an e-mail for my invoice then moments later (literally) another e-mail came through letting me know it was getting packed followed by a final one telling me it's packed and ready for pick up by courier. That straight away made me feel secure/comforted by the share concern and effort to get my order sorted (even though what I ordered wasn't really much). And to top it off they even checked in with a confirmation e-mail a few days later to make sure I had received my product (and if not to just call up). There was no need to call of course, as my order had already been received the day after I had placed my order. "Unfortunately I was a little disappointed in the service I received. I read the reviews on your website and noted the comments about prompt service then placed what was, for me, quite a large order.Two days later I hadn't received my order and noticed that my card had not been charged so I emailed to ask when I could expect my order, I had not received a reply after 24 hours so I phoned and was told that some of the items I had ordered were not in stock which had delayed my order- this would not have been a problem if I had been notified without having to chase it up. Some of the items I had ordered were not available at all, which again is not a problem and we made some substitutions. I noticed the next day that my card had been charged for a lot more than I expected and emailed to inquire about this and was told I had mistakenly been over charged by $108, which I am happy to say was promptly refunded.
