How do I take it?

 Adults - 5mg tablet at night (you may increase to two or three 25mg tablets at night if needed.)
Children over 2-5 Years: 5mg twice a day or 15mg once a day.
Children 5-10 Years: 10mg twice a day or one 25mg once a day

* do not use on children under 2 years of age as its safety has not been established.
