"How do I use it?"
All you have to do is make a 10 day commitment to detox your body. There are 3 doses a day with Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
Breakfast: Take blackmores digestive bitters, blackmores acdiophilus bifidus and blackmores milk thistle.
Lunch: Take blackmores milk thistle.
Dinner: Take blackmores digestive bitters, blackmores acidophilus bifidus, blackmores milk thistle and blackmores colon care.

"What do I Eat and Drink During my Detox?"
If you are serious about detoxing then you need to support the your body with good healthy food during your detox. Try and eat healthy whole foods which have not been chemically altered, artificially sweetened or changes from there originally form. After all it is only for 10 days Things like:  Fruit & Vegetables, Legumes and Beans, Lean Meats and Fish, Water and Green tea. (more instructions on foods to eat in the pack.)

Detoxing May Help You With:
 bowel cleansing, sluggish liver function, balancing intestinal bacteria, heartburn, protection against toxins, liver regeneration, nausea, poor digestion, indigestion, constipation, diarrhoea and exfoliation.

  • Digestive Bitters contain bitter herbs which work by stimulating the bitter taste receptors on the tongue, which in turn stimulate the upper digestive function (i.e. the stomach, liver and pancreas).   • Acidophilus Bifidus contains Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium animalis which are important beneficial bacteria, helping to stabilise and maintain healthy gut flora.
  • Colon Care  is a mild laxative, prepared with fibre and herbs to gently assist cleansing of the bowel and the functioning of the colon. It promotes elimination and rids the body of waste.
