Reduce swelling and ease pain from your injured  knee, elbow and other body parts when you use Ernie PS208 Protective Bandage. This product is designed to help prevent further swelling on your injured body part. You have to clean the area that you are going to apply the bandage to prevent infection. Hold the bandage right below the injured part starting with the bandage rolled up. Wrap it upward towards the injury at angle. Continue wrapping it around in an 8 figure pattern for two turns. Use the remaining bandage to wrap in a circle starting from the top of the injury to the bottom. Apply metal clips or use an adhesive tape to secure the it.
