Olbas Oil is an all natural mixture of the purest oils from Switzerland. Aside from helping to give relief from clogged sinuses, it also helps ease out muscle pain and tension.

What are the benefits of using Olbas Oil?
In using Olbas Oil as an inhalant, it aids ease of breathing and get relief from nasal and bronchial congestion. And if used as a massage oil, it will help ease muscle pain and tensions.

What are the active ingredients?
Active ingredients (w/w): Cajuput oil BPC 18.50%, clove oil BP 0.10%, eucalyptus oil BP 35.45%, juniper berry oil BPC '49 2.70%, menthol BP 4.10%, Dementholised Mint oil BP 35.45%, Wintergreen oil BPC '49 3.70%

What is the recommended dosage?
For adults and children 2 years old and above, you may put 2 or 3 drops in a tissue for inhalation. Please ensure though that parents will strictly supervise this procedure in very young children. For night time relief, sprinkle 2 to 3 drops onto tissue to be placed inside the pillow case.
For children 3 months to 2 years old, you may place 1 drop on a tissue and hold close to the nose of the child, without touching it. Allow the child to breath in the vapour.
For night time relief, you may either:
Place one drop on a tissue and place in the room, away from the child's reach.
Or add to hot water the recommended dose and then inhale the vapour.
Or you may leave it in the bedroom overnight. Just make sure that the hot water is kept out of reach of children.
As a massage oil, apply a generous amount using gentle massage pressure to the affected area 3x a day.  

Are there any warnings and precautions?
Olbas oil may cause a stinging sensation if it comes into contact with delicate skin.
The effect is not serious and lasts only a short while.
If Olbas is accidentally swallowed seek medical advice.
If Olbas oil comes into direct contact with the surface of the eye, wash thoroughly and seek medical advice.
If you experience any unusual reaction to the product talk to your health care professional and discontinue use.
Not suitable for babies under 3 months old.
For inhalation or external use only.
Do not use on broken skin.
Keep out of sight and reach of children.
Do not use after the expiry date shown on the carton and label.
Do not use if the cap seal is broken.
Avoid contact with plastic and other delicate materials.
