This is a blood pressure monitor with a large cuff. It uses an Intellisense Monitor to sense the systolic blood pressure during inflation and adjust the amount of pressure based on your arm size and blood pressure fluctuations.

After it measures your blood pressure it then deflates at a calculated speed to reduce pain and discomfort associated with taking your blood pressure.
