Buy Omron Large Cuff for Blood Pressure Monitors.

The Omron Large cuff has been designed for those with an arm circumference from 32-42cm and works with  The IA2, SEM-1 and SEM-2 Omron Blood Pressure Monitors. It comes with special air plugs to connect the cuff to these devices.

"How Do I Use The Cuff?"

Remove the existing arm cuff by disconnection the air plus from the monitor. You do this by grasping the air plug (not the air tube) and pulling.  Then connect the air plug to the large cuff and into the air jack on the monitor. 

*Be sure not to block the end of the air valve release as this is needed to maintain deflation - and could result is inaccurate readings.
* have an automatic inflating unit and you notice it takes more than 25 seconds to inflate the cuff, use the optional AC adapter or replace the batteries. Weak batteries will extend the inflation time and possibly cause arm discomfort.
