"What is in it?"
Hydrolized corn starch, sucrose, high oleic sunflower oil, sodium caseinate, soy oil, Medium chain triglycerides (MCT) oil, Minerals: (calcium phosphate tribasic, potassium citrate, magnesium chloride, potassium phosphate dibasic, potassium chloride, sodium citrate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate, cupric sulfate, chromium chloride, potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, sodium selenite), whey protein concentrate, flavoring, Vitamins: (choline chloride, ascorbic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, niacinamide, dl-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, d-calcium panthothenate, thiamind hydrocloride, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavidn, vitamin A palmitate, folic acid, beta carotene, biotin, phylloqinone, vitamin D3, cyanocobalamin), M-inositol, taurin and L-carnitine.

"How Do I Serve It And Make Up A Dose?"
Mix 5 level scoops (scoop enclosed) or 47.3g of PediaSure Vanilla Powder into a 190ml glass of cold water, stirring until powder is dissolved.
