Vicks Vaporub is often said to be a Mothers best friend for helping sooth a child's cold or flu. Simply by rubbing onto the upper back and chest you can help relieve the symptoms of cold and flu.

This product can also be places in some hot water and used as an inhalation to help support breathing and decongests the sinuses and chest.

For an inhalation simply place 2 teaspoons of vicks vaporub into a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapour.

What is in it?
2.9% menthol, 5.3% camphor, 0.1% thymol, 1.3% eucalyptus oil, 4.8% turpentine oil, 0.5% nutmeg oil, 0.5% cedarwood oil.

Be sure to wash your hands after application.
